WAC Project
The Workplace Active Certification (WAC) project intends to encourage physical activity at the workplace throughout increased participation in and equal access to sport for all. This project aimed at European organisations that promote health and well-being at work through physical activity, and which wish to have their approaches and initiatives recognised and continuously improved. The project will present an ethical charter and grant the first “certified” workplaces.
Supported by the Erasmus+ Sport programme of the European Union and led by European Federation for Company Sport (EFCS), the WAC project comes as the continuity of EMoCS (European Meeting of Company Sport) which showed the need to push forward in the pursuit of a unique European active Workplace Certification.
