A look back at the year 2025
🥳 What a year!
The entire Sport et Citoyenneté team wishes you a very happy 2026 and sends you their best wishes.
In 2025, Sport et Citoyenneté carried out numerous structural projects to strengthen the role of sport in addressing the major challenges facing our society.
🎖️We continued our work on impact measurement, focusing in particular on the One Team programme run by the PSG Foundation, as well as on the evaluation of the Caisse d’Épargne’s 120 sports grounds initiative, in order to better demonstrate the concrete effects of sport on audiences and territories.
The year also marked the end of the OSES project 🌊, dedicated to protecting the oceans and raising awareness of environmental issues among young people. This commitment continues with PlanetBall ⚽🌍, through which we continue to mobilise sport in the service of ecological transition.
Once again, football was at the heart of our actions to promote inclusion. In France, tournaments organised in Paris, Lyon and Strasbourg with the FFF (French Football Federation) encouraged people to meet and live together. At European level, 2025 also saw the launch of the PLAYER project, which aims to facilitate the integration of refugees through sport!
🩵 Throughout the year, we have been promoting sport to European institutions, particularly the European Parliament, to defend physical activity and sport as a cross-cutting tool for health, inclusion and social cohesion.
Finally, 2025 was marked by the second edition of the CCS2025 Citizens’ Conferences on Sport, which provided food for thought on sport and mental health. Some of the conclusions will be shared in our Revue 61🤔, to be published in the first half of the year.
Of course, it would be impossible to summarise everything in a single message. We would therefore like to warmly thank all our partners, institutions, experts and field workers who have supported us throughout the year.
