The Expert Committee

Composed of around one hundred renowned European experts in their respective fields, the Expert Committee is a major asset for Sport and Citizenship. Its composition, the result of a proactive approach to engagement and networking, gives Sport and Citizenship a distinctive and highly credible scientific foundation.

This body is not merely advisory: its diverse and readily mobilized expertise informs and validates all of Sport and Citizenship’s reflections and proposals.

Lydie Cohen

Co-chair of the Expert Committee PhD in Sports Law, specializes in the right to sport for people with disabilities. She earned her doctorate at the University of Limoges and now works as a sports law counsel at LLC & Associés, while also serving as Vice-President of the Var Olympic Committee.

Thierry Zintz

Co-chair of the Expert Committee Professor at the Catholic University of Leuven (Faculty of Motor Sciences). Vice President of the Belgian Interfederal Olympic Committee and President of the European Sport and Employment Observatory (EOSE).
