Football as a tool for environmental education

Objectives and missions

The Planet Ball project aims to educate young people about environmental issues in order to strengthen environmental protection by combating climate change, reducing pollution and protecting biodiversity. Using soccer as a vehicle, Planet Ball empowers young people to adopt a responsible approach to the environment.

The project focuses on three main areas:

• Learning
• Raising awareness
• Act

It trains young people to become agents of change, raises awareness of the environmental impact of sport through training and activities, and encourages the young people trained to become ambassadors of good ecological practices within their clubs and communities. Planet Ball aims to empower and mobilize young people for a more sustainable future.
