Sport, innovation and learning
Journal 44 from Sport and Citizenship Think tank
In today’s society sport can no longer be limited to competitive sport, nor can it be ignored as a force in cross-cutting public policy and social innovation. With its attraction for every generation and every layer of society, its ubiquitous presence in the media and everyday life, and its immense potential for use in education and inter-disciplinary research, sport certainly has its place in reflections on the learning society.
These are subjects we are considering int this revue, through contribution from various and sport sectors. It has been produce in conjunction with the conference on the same subject organized by our Think Tank in partnership with the Center for Research and Interdisciplinarity (5 Nov. 2018, in Paris). We would like to thank all the personalities who have contributed, among whom are François Taddei, Jean-François Toussaint and Axelle Tessandier, for their much appreciated input to these themes that are of such interest for our country’s future.
