Our team
The operational team is hands-on and out in the field every day. Currently present at four locations — in Angers and Paris, at the heart of the European institutions in Brussels, and more recently in Valencia, Spain — the team travels frequently to organize and lead conferences throughout France. They also meet regularly across Europe to implement the various European projects under their responsibility.

Julian Jappert
Managing Director Holder of a postgraduate degree (DEA) in European law, Julian has worked as a legal advisor and lobbyist in the corporate sector and with the European Commission on sport-related matters. He is the founder of Sport and Citizenship, established in 2007.
Sylvain Landa
Executive Director An expert in sports policy and holder of a professional Master’s degree in sports law, Sylvain oversees the day-to-day activities of the think tank and is responsible for the content of the association’s publications.
Eva Jacomet
Head of EU Affairs Eva holds Master’s degrees in Political Science and Territorial Public Action from the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne and joined the Sport and Citizenship office in Brussels in 2021.
Florian Uguen
Communications Manager A graduate of a University Diploma in Multimedia and Internet Professions (DUT MMI) in France, Florian joined the team as a Graphic Designer in 2018 and has since expanded his skills to include a variety of responsibilities in communications.
Jeanne Delval
European Project Manager With a Master’s degree in European Affairs from Sciences Po Toulouse, Jeanne began her professional career with great success in Brussels.
Dolorès Montaudon
Accountant Drawing on extensive experience in accounting and human resources, Dolores joined Sport and Citizenship back in 2018.
Hugo Tosello
EU Affairs Policy Officer After a graduate in European Politics and International Relations from Aix-Marseille University and an internship at the European Commission (DG for Sport), Hugo joined Sport and Citizenship in 2024.
