The Executive Committee
To ensure greater agility, Sport and Citizenship has established an Executive Committee composed of members appointed by the Board of Directors, meeting once a month. Working closely with representatives of the operational team, the Executive Committee can respond quickly to support the association’s activities and address emerging needs as they arise.
Didier Poulmaire
Chairman Lawyer, head of a law firm specializing in trusts (management and security). Arbitrator at the Court of Arbitration for Sport. He has served as President of Sport and Citizenship since 2023.
Julian Jappert
Managing Director Holder of a postgraduate degree (DEA) in European law, he has worked as a legal advisor and lobbyist in the corporate sector and with the European Commission on sport-related matters. He is the founder of Sport and Citizenship, established in 2007.
Jean-Louis Erneux
Secretary General Vice President of Press Relations and Media Monitoring at Vivendi. He was involved with Sport and Citizenship from its very beginnings in 2007, before becoming its Secretary General in 2023.
Claire Allard
Treasurer President of ALKÉ, a “European-made football brand for women who love fashion, advocating for the right to play for all.”
Lilia Douiech-Slim
Vice President A journalist and PhD candidate in sports law at Université Paris Dauphine, Lilia is also an advocacy consultant and the treasurer of the association Rénovons le sport français.
