Expert: measuring the social impact of sport
Sport and Citizenship is a true pioneer in studying the social and societal impact of sport.

The impact assessments carried out by the association provide concrete, measurable evaluations of the positive effects of sports projects on society. This makes it possible to highlight the actions undertaken by demonstrating tangible results. By identifying the strengths and weaknesses of projects, impact measurement also helps optimize future actions and achieve better outcomes.
This culture of evaluation and impact measurement is not yet widespread in the field of sport, and often remains limited to economic and environmental dimensions. Our Think tank began measuring the social and societal impact of sport more than ten years ago, by developing rigorous methodologies to assess the effects of sports projects on society.
Sport and Citizenship uses a variety of tools and methods to measure the social impact of sports projects, such as surveys, key performance indicators, and case studies.
Many companies and public authorities have called, and continue to call, on Sport and Citizenship’s expertise to conduct social impact assessments of their sport-related initiatives.
